Himachal Pardesh 1st state in Southeast Asia to launch Electronic-health cards Yojana

Himachal Pradesh has become the first state in the country to launch e-health card Yojana and South East Asia region. CM Virbhadra Singh has launched one of six major health plans after one.

In addition to the electronic health card, free insulin scheme, universal health protection scheme, free hemophilia program, health bulletin, apart from measles and rubella immunization programs, MR has launched the campaign. CM Virbhadra Singh said that there has been a lot of progress in the health sector. The benefit of new schemes will be available to every section of the people.

Health Minister Kaul Singh Thakur said that these schemes will help strengthen the health services of the state. Dialysis facility for diabetics has been started in regional hospitals of four districts. All efforts are being made to make 300 life saving medicines available in all community, primary and sub-health centers.
