Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Monday launched an  Online RERA Portal for registration  of real estate promoters.A decision in this regard was taken at a meeting of the Council of Ministers on August 5, which approved the Himachal Pradesh Real Estate (Regulation and Development Rules) of 2017. The portal has been developed for registration of promoters and real estate agents and also has links for making complaints against such developers who fail to work in accordance with the law.State Urban Development Minister Sudhir Sharma said the Department of Town and Country Planning would ensure that all real estate promoters were registered. In a bid to check “irregularities in madrasas”, the  Uttar Pradesh government on Friday launched a portal of UP madrasa board  for online registration of all such Islamic institutions. “There were a number of complaints of irregularities in madrasas and it was decided to make the registration online so that details of all madrasas, their management, teachers, etc are available online,” UP Waqf Minister Mohsin Raza told reporters in Lucknow. This is a step towards digitisation which is on the priority of the Yogi Adityanath government, he said.The move will bring transparency as all the details of the madrasa will be available online, the minister said.

The Medical Counseling Committee Result(MCC) has approved the National Entrance and Eligibility Test (NEET) 2017 for the second match today. Is released on. Ministry of Rural Development is going to launch a new sub-scheme for employment in rural areas. Ministry has started “ Aajeevika Grameen express Yojana ” (AGEY) under the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana — National Rural Aajeevika Mission (DAY-NRLM). Responding to a question in the Lok Sabha, Minister of State for Rural Development, Ram Kripal Yadav said that the main objective of this scheme is to provide alternate sources of Aajeevika to the members of self-help groups (SHGs) under the DAY-NRLM. This will facilitate the circulation of public transport services in backward rural areas. This will provide safe and affordable community-monitoring rural transport services like e-Rikshaw, 3 and 4 Wheeler motor transport vehicles, to connect remote villages with major services and facilities like market, education and health for overall economic development of the region.
